Our program is geared towards all skill levels. You need to be able to “swim” at least one length of the pool either on your back, front or side. We will take you forward from there. We provide “on deck” coaching, providing feedback on stroke mechanics, flexibility and strength, heart rate and stroke rate training.
We provide 5-7 practices each week beginning in October and ending the week before Memorial Day. We then head to the Open water.
Whether you swim for fun and fitness, competitive or as a triathlete, we would like to be your swimming, training partner.

The Wavemaster’s On-line exercise library is a compilation of exercises found on the Gray Institute exercise library along with exercises provided from the website, Your home exercise program.
The library is being provided as a guide to help strengthen weak muscles and movement patterns as they relate to swimming. You might find that these exercises cross over into your other multi sport disciplines.
If you are interested in receiving a strength training program or a massage to compliment your swimming program, please contact Anita Krier at hkrier_wi.rr.com
NOTE: If you are under the care of a PT or OT for the care and guidance of an existing injury or chronic pain, these exercises have the potential to compliment their work. Please let your health care team know what you are doing. We are more than happy to work side by side with your therapist.
